Breath Flow Friday

A Friday flow guided by the breath.

Monday Flow

A breath-led flowing practice designed to help you arrive consciously into a new week.
Movement is guided by the breath throughout the class, creating a continuous flow that builds strength, mobility, and inner focus. The longer format allows space for deeper presence, exploration, and gradual slowing down.
The practice closes with soothing stretches, breathwork, and relaxation, leaving you feeling more grounded, clear, and balanced for the week ahead.

Thursday Morning Flow

A soft, flowing morning practice designed to gently awaken and energize the body.
Movement is guided by the breath throughout the class, creating a continuous and effortless flow that helps release stiffness, build warmth, and bring clarity into the day ahead.
The practice closes with soothing stretches and a gentle wind-down, leaving you feeling more grounded, focused, and balanced.

Sunday Flow

A breath-led flowing practice with deeper presence and a slower rhythm.
This longer, 90-minute session creates space for grounding, strengthening, and release.
The flow ends with extended breath practice and relaxation so you can enter the new week feeling calm and balanced.

Yoga Brunch

ABOUT ME

My name is Ivett Nyolczas, and I am a yoga instructor.In my classes, the focus is on mindful movement, breath, and calming the nervous system. I aim to create a space where you can pause for a moment and connect with your body through awareness.For me, yoga is not a goal, but a tool: a key to stepping out of everyday rush, finding inner balance, and releasing excessive stress.The classes are open to both beginners and more advanced practitioners. There is no pressure to perform – everyone practices at their own pace, within their own limits.
